Description

If you are interested in estimating parameters for random effects and you have a hierarchical model, then you can use this code to generate a data set that will estimate slopes and intercepts for your random effects. For example, if you are interested in quantifying phenotypic plasticity for each genotype, which you have as a random effect in your model, then you can create a random coefficients model to get the BLUPs estimates of slopes/intercepts.
